(sigh) why did I get pissy at my mom again. Just because she interpreted something maybe too close to reality for me to handle.

Anyway I haven't blogged for a while. Like a really long while haha since season not counting that lyrics post. In the middle of prelims now which have been surprisingly not bad so far but with 3 more papers to go..who knows?

So well since that last proper post, many things have changed both in my private and school life. Like...econs (strangely enough) is now one of my best prepared subjects! While physical geog (which I used to and still love) becomes the paper I dread the most. Private life well...haha if you know me well you will know what happened but I've already come to terms with it haha after that EXCRUTIATING, EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING major mental meltdown (alliteration ftw!) hahahha so I'm good and will be for a while. Oh yeah my 18th bday just passed on friday. haha went for dinner with my fantastic co-ogls(: (THANKS CARMEN AUYONG : DD) to miss clarity cafe. haha that mud thingy is fantastically damn nice but extremely filling wahpiangz. and sumz grace dee and carmen gave me a surprise cake! haha when we were studying in the morning. the surprise was more surprising than last yr's attempted surprise haha thanks(:

uhh actually I haven't done much the whole weekend but I caught up on gossip girl which was really nice! (SPOILER ALERT)haha but serena and dan are gna break up again which is sad. and nate is shagging some older woman who is a duchess (by marriage) and the step mom of the new guy marcus beaton whom blair (nate's ex) is 'dating' to make chuck jealous. this is one helluva complex relationship okay. mann i really love serena's clothes :(

anyway theres econs paper 1 tmr and I'm not exactly the best at it. my performance normally depends on how the paper is because sometimes my answers come out differently from the kind of answer they expect haha maybe because my thinking is a little varied. Plus its difficult to think on the spot and plan a 30mark answer PLUS read 2 extracts and a few tables in 7.5mins. Case study is no mean feat okay. Hmm it's good that we end earlier than the science kids (i.e. on wednesday) coz I will use the extra time to apply for uk unis and stuff. Most likely going to apply to UCL, Kings, LSE(??), Warwick and Durham to do Law.

Honestly I haven't really decided whether or not to go overseas? or do law in NUS because the only way to go overseas (for me at least) is to get the scholarship. And then theres the bond to consider and the fact that by taking a scholarship it is highly unlikely that I can actually practise law (which I may want to) so that's a huge deciding factor. oh and plus the fact that I will miss family, friends and ruffles. haha but going overseas means having an incredibly different experience from the average nus student and meeting all sorts of people, living (hopefully) in london and not having to worry about getting a job! Plus learning how to live independently and having a swell time with friends.

Aghhhh so much to think! But before I seriously consider my options, first, I must make sure I have the grades to even have the options placed on my platter. so till then, grades and mugging come first and at present, kurtz, gatsby, ricardo, keynes, yeats, de movires and maybe pythagoras will demand my attention.

game today was postponed to tmr morning. coz of the silly lightning alert. urgghhhh...anyway..today's play was remarkably BAD. but who cares. practise time's OVER tmr's the real thing and we're gna KICK ASS!!! YEAHHH!!!!

hi! wowww i haven't blogged for ages haahha so here i am! back again for a wee little while. hmmm season is coming real damn soon. like try next tuesday. (HEARTATTACK!) but whatever it is im real proud of being a part of raffles hockey and no matter what those who dont believe in us think, i believe each and everyone of us has proven herself and has trained her ass off for the past yr and a half, all in preparation for this last season in our whole lives. actually this upcoming season is very special to me(: well 2 reasons really. firstly, its my first and last season in my whole life. yeah. its sad but im happy i have the chance to experience season and if not for the team, im going to do my best for season for me. whatever it is, no matter what happens, i love raffles hockey(: and this has and def will be an unforgettable experience. even if one day i get dementia and become senile this will be something i will never forget. the feeling of hitting/sweeping/pushing the ball, the feeling of the turf beneath my feet, the feeling of being a part of raffles hockey, always imprinted in my mind forever and ever baby! another reason why this reason is special to me is coz of my team(: for the first time i really feel like a part of a team. nvr had it in netball (no offence) nvr had it anywhere else. im glad God gave me the opportunity to be a part of this team(: and i will do my best for my girls(:

Felt like blogging after reading somebody's blog. well! yesterday's trg was really good heh. it rained like shit so we couldnt train at the astroturf today. so we trooped back to rj to train err outside the gym that area. ran 20 rounds around the fitness centre then did interval/circuits after that omg.

1st set: 30s of pushups squats crunches each continuously
(break 1min)

2nd set: 45s of pushups squats crunches each continuously

WOOHOO! how exciting : DDD hmm basically ended at 12pm after a long day of watching endless movies in lectures where i slept in some and gasped in shock at some. had high-tea pot luck with class. then i went off to find hockey girls. but since it was raining so we were angsting coz we cldnt run.

sooo everyone else went home and jt decided to run after her meeting. but i cant go home! COZ OF RAP (raffles asia prog) at 4pm. so went back to look for class at mini canteen. no one wanted to run with me ): so i went to gym to run treadmill which was okay lah. ran for abt 45mins? but its easier to run on the treadmill actually hohoho. coz the conveyor belt thingo pulls your leg along hahaha so less energy but still it was a good workout then went for RAP.

RAP was pretty good coz the prof was very helpful in helping us formulate our research paper focus. so now we're doing on strategies the Moguls and the Brits used to show their natural power through architecture. like how archiectural influences helped ingrain the ruling powers into the national identity of the people. yeah thats sorta what we're focusing on. oooh should be interesting! hahaha cant wait.

yay joy i have decided to blog after like nearly a month hoho. ANYWAYS todays trg was the total bomb. felt really satisfied after that. kk basically we did:

oh poo. harry potter kinda sucked. haii anyways yesterday went to play floorball at floorplay with addy angel jt siti. and we got 1st without playing any proper matches since our competitors didnt show up. haha so yeah we just played around and tried ramly burger etc before gng off.

as i was saying. hp sucked. went to watch with addy at amk hub. it was like sooooo rushed and soooo anticlimax (spoilers ahead in italics!)

like barely 5 mins into the show, all the action started ordy. the dementors started swooping down and sucking the life out of harry and dudders. then its like non stop rushing through what was actually a good plot. no character development. cho chang isnt v pretty. sirius' death was SO ultra lame. from the time he appeared in the scene to the time he died wasnt even 3 mins. and he died just like that. *snap* then after he died there was this 30s sad moment thing with harry screaming out in pain and lupin holding him back. then *snap* its over! back to chasing bellatroix le strange. HELLOO??? what kind of shit is that lah. i mean that 3.5 min thing was the CLIMAX OF THE ENTIRE BOOK. and they just ruined it. urggghhhhhh. they better not do it in the next movie when dumbledore dies. hmmm one thing good was that the special effects were fantastic (as usual). and the show is only good for people like me, who are waiting for the next book to come out and have already forgotten the story in books 5&6. its just a good flashback. oh yeah i like the girl who played luna lovegood(: shes quite cute.

(spoiler over) yeah okay. i dont exactly regret watching it but i won't watch it again. uhhhh hvnt really been in a v good mood recently. maybe coz my toenail is gna come off soon (again) coz of ihg basketball and my lack of proper shoes that day. yeah so hmm not v happy indeed. and i NEEED to psyche myself into starting the anthology for mcconnell which i will do now. after i finish blogging. grr.

after coming home from raymond's class i went to take a cold shower and fell asleep at abt 4.30pm in the aircon room. then mommy woke me up for dinner at 6pm. conversation is as follows:

so i woke up later and realised my whole room was dark. so i checked the time and i read 5.30am. so naturally i panicked coz i thought i had to start getting ready and planning what to do coz im sposed to be studying in sch later in the day. then i walked out of the room door and realised the whole place was lighted. basically i got confused and peered blearily and the big clock outside and realised its still today, thursday 14th june 7.30pm.

hence today geraldine anna yeong kai jun is exempted from studying due to discomfort and disorientedness.

back from shanghai. in a nutshell, shanghai was...

okay.

the shopping was...okay.

the food was...okay.

the people were...okay.

everything was...okay.

it was fantastic or anything and ive been there before so it wasnt really v new or anything. the fashion sense of the people there is atrocious thus explains why i couldnt really get anything coz nothing appealed to me. and the clothes that appealed to my fashion sense was all from places like miss sixty, esprit, FCUK etc. so theres absolutely no point getting stuff like that over there. but haha i bought a sundress from esprit anyway and a pair of school shoes from nike. oh about that, its a pair of cool shoes i.e. not for running/pe/hockey. its quite funky lah but not something i will usually buy so hmm yeah. i feel fat from all that xiao long bao haha which was a total letdown btw. it was nothing v special. in fact i think the xiao long baos in crystal jade are tonnes better than the ones in shanghai. owell. oh the only thing fantastic there was the weather. its like walking in aircon. perrrfect. so basically right now im dying in the sweltering heat of singapore. went to make a qipao at the tailors in shanghai. hehe mines all black and v v cool. its not full length its ends above the knee and its high collared. damn cool lah. and the tailoring is excellent. but its mother hard to sit down.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. nada zilch. never ever again. it was HORRIBLE. felt like puking halfway through trg. summore it was mother hot. then i went to shower with addy. (same toilet. different cubicle.) then we set off to meet athena and angel at cafe cartel. hahaha was damn hungry so i ate a shitload of food. i.e. a plate of pasta and bread and i also pinched criss-cross fries and coleslaw off the seafood platter hehe. damn i feel like a pig. but i dno why i was freaking hungry. thenn we set off to addy's house and we like sat and talked abt absolutely everything. what was going on in our lives, what was going on in other people's lives, what was happening in sch, the gossip, the dirt everything. oh golly. i miss those good 'ole rgs days. so yeah then we watched some telly and ate kettle chips (DAMN THEYRE NICE.) then we ate dinner. pasta again! spagetti this time. and polished off a pint of ben and jerry's. lovely stuff. thennn we took some awesomely retarded photos. haha with auto cam. damn fun. (ATHENA! PHOTOS PLEASE!) then addy and i walked athena and angel to the mainroad so they could flag a cab. after that the both of us went to swing in the playground. oh mann i love swings(: theyre damn fun. and v rare nowadays): we talked and talked and talked. i love my bestie(: and we did some retarded stuff in the playground like crawl around through the tunnels and both of us totally humji-ed for the fireman pole thing hahahaha shit. then! we went back to shower and watch miss universe 2007. japan won btw. and slept after.

sherie and i shared a meal. the umm seven seas chicken thing haha that comes with a drink and soup of the day(carrot soup). during the meal we were camwhoring non stop. hahaha making all sorts of funny retarded faces etc. omggg i want the photos. (UPLOADUPLOAD!) then we ate dessert and like totally ravaged amanda's apple crumble and they munched on sherie's and my cookie summit. THENNN THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS HAHA. we play zong zi mi ma(i.e. guess the number) so basically the loser has to taste the umm highly dubious drink thing we concocted out of water tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, tobasco sauce, pepper, salt, cheese, remnants of icecream, apple crumble base, chocolate balls and maznah's cherry stem. ew. sooo i set the first number (751) and candice (the lucky girl) got it! hahaa so she ate a choc ball. thenn we decided that its quite sick. so we redid the penalty into just a mixture of chilli, ketchup and tobasco sauce. haha then candice set a number and linxi kena. hah then linxi set a number and ish kena. THENNN we changed game to seven up haha i totally suck at it and i had to eat a spoonful of tht thing twice. omgg then amanda was damn funny during the game haha

soo we left and went home after that in high spirits haha. went home with jenna(she sprained her ankle):) and candice coz we're the easties. talked alot on the way home hmmm yay i feel closer to jenna haha coz i think i only got to know her alot better this yr through hockey after all those yrs in netball. mmhmm so that was my day haha totally peached when i got home. so i quickly showered and fell asleep.

today was um interesting so far(: haha woke up at 10am, decided i was still sleepy and continued sleeping till 11am. thenn ive been slacking around till now haha. how horrid. and i still have gp and geog test next week which i havent studied for. actually i really dno how to study for gp. hmm i think i'll just go through the notes etc. alright then g2g for church soon. laters...

kk blog blog. technically im sposed to be doing work right now hehe. i finished my lit essay already. tried to do it within an hour but did it with 13.5mins overtime haii. its 2 and a bit pages long.

oh guess what. i hvnt written anything for the past five hours coz i ran off to watch hockey on espn then i went to shower for dinner. had dinner at a nice restaurant and ate yummy food. then went home and went for tuition which ended early today. didnt really do much today (which sucks) but anyways. tmr theres class photo taking. it was originally scheduled straight after PE but of course we(the girls) objected vehemently so mrs perry nicely helped us reschedule it to the block before pe. oh that reminds me. i better go check whos bringing the laptop tmr. hokay. theyre all offline. wonder if theyre really offline or are pretending to be offline ha. whatever.

kk plan for tmr. prac hockey after sch for a while. then i'll head on home to study for geog and maybe lit. if its on tmr. been listening to phantom of the opera recording for the whole day. its really really nice to listen to. their voices are amazing and totally pitch perfect. PLUS they can reach all those totally impossibly high notes. haii wish i could do that. that way i will finally know what im meant to do in life.

i still dno what im meant to do in life. hmmm so far. academically im getting majority of the stuff i want and aim for. but sports wise. its just been disappointment after disappointment. in primary i was in mini tennis and i was doing well but i had to give it up in p5 coz of tuition/studies i think. i really liked it haha if i continued mini tennis maybe i'll be in tennis now but owell haha. thennn in rgs netball was a total let down for me. didnt make team for 4 years straight. disappointment after disappointment. nearly killed me in sec 2. but yeah dealt with it lah. then now hockey. its been rather disappointing so far. but i hope things look up soon! im running for exco but dont think i'll get capt/vice. according to a rather reliable source its jt and audrey so yeah congrats in advance if the source is accurate. well it should be hmm we'll see. was talking to mom abt it and she said that god took 8 years to send me down to earth so he mustve had a set plan for me. well makes sense. and i'd like to believe that! so yepp i shall find comfort in that. hopefully i'll find my calling soon.

OH THE HORROR. ECONS TEST WAS PUKES. no time at all!!! i wrote like 2 and a quarter sides for the first part (12marks) AND 3/4 OF A BLOODY PAGE FOR THE SECOND QUESTION WHICH WAS LIKE BLOODY 13MARKS WTHHH. i think i wont pass woohoo.

ran 4km after sch today. was kinda weird running on my own with the softball guys setting up. felt abit extra haha but had 'me' time so it was good. but then again i always have 'me' time at home. hmmmm. actually i have 'ruffles and me' time and home gahh thats besides the point. ANYWAYS. yay. shall make it a habit to run 4km every wednesday now woohoo. the W.A.F. (war against fat) WILL PREVAIL! go gen! go me! (:

131st blogpost. well done geri. this blog is doing pretty well for a rather dead one.

hmm just came home from math tuition. had horribly bad menstrual cramps today resulting in me losing half the day writhing in pain on the bed wishing for the pain to go away. if giving birth is 100000 times worse i dont even wna think abt it. ANYWAYS you didnt have to know that hahaha esp if youre a guy.

okay i need to finish up my lit journal chap 14 and math tutorial 4b. but then i think i should just save these two for tuesday (i.e. LABOUR DAY) and read through GP notes in preparation for tmr. yes? yes. okay will do that.

blogging is very therapeutic. its practically talking to myself online and sussing out my thoughts, reorganizing my priorities and doing an inner reflection of myself. but of course what is revealed here is only one small fraction of what really goes through my brain.

i dont like to be called a bimbo. its not nice. its okay if people just say it for fun but honestly it sticks after a while. lemme get the definition of bimbo. from urbandictionary.com

(eg. flying a lorry -.-") but its not a true reflection of who i am. maybe its not obvious to you but it is to me. the effects of calling me a bimbo is starting to take place already. most of the people i meet dont take me seriously. they probably think "oh geri is just a bimbo dont have to bother about her." it hurts. i want to be taken seriously like a real scholar. not some stupid ditzy freak who likes pink. what do i have to do to stop being labelled as a bimbo? do i have to kill the geri i am now and be someone else? someone less bubbly, someone less talkative, someone less sociable, someone less me. i really dont want it to happen but its reaching a stage where maybe it will become a reality and i have to push the real me aside to make way for a "brunette" geri. i know people call me a bimbo out of affection sometimes. but a better name please? how abt just geri. even what jiaen calls me (i.e. minah) is better than bimbo.

fyi? bimbo has NEGATIVE connotations. and inside i cry whenever someone calls me a bimbo and actually mean it. you think i dont know? i DO know. i know who calls me a bimbo and means it. i know who are the people who dont take me seriously. and i resent you. but i still keep on that smiley face and laugh it off.

so please think about it the next time you call me a bimbo. it may seem funny to you but it really hurts me sometimes. esp when even teachers stop taking me seriously. i hate this. im not a bimbo. im much more than that and if you look past all that pink fluff maybe you'll see someone worth knowing properly and someone worth taking seriously.

hmm today was a totally sucky day. first i found out that mimeet died. shes a super sweet dog and shes so young! she died coz one of my uncle's other dog bit her to death. it was so shocking and stuff and i got v sentimental coz i really loved her alot. another thing. i didnt make it to the squad. i dno..k my feelings now: disappointed, cheated, inadequate, frustrated. but then again ive experienced this for 4 yrs straight playing in netball. well like they say, what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger. thanks to people who comforted me and stuff(: a shoutout to kim, audrey and noelle! do us proud you three! work hard! fight hard! play hard! another thing. im sorry if i hurt you in any way. i feel sad that i made you sad. hmmm hope we still remain good friends!! yeah.

trg yesterday was kinda tough. basically we did:

fartlegs (5om, 6 rounds)
suicides (10m, 20m, 30m. 10 times)
circuit (IPU, pushups, situps. 20 each, 3 sets)

actually it wasnt THAT tiring lahh. it was just draining haha. OH OH OH! BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY WHOLE LIFE...I DID 20 IPUS! OMGGGG YAYYYYY! for the first set i did 15. then for the 2nd set i did 11. THEN FOR THE LAST SET I DID 20 OMGG YAYYY! kudos to big gerry for motivating me and giving tips!! get well soon big gerry!

oh yeah. okay I shall share with everyone about how I motivate myself for tough trgs. basically i eat sinful food before that trg. then during that trg I'll motivate myself to train hard so I can burn off all that food. HAHA SMART RIGHT! yes thanks, I think so too. hahhaa

today was yeye's bday! I left trg early at 6.30pm to change and freshen up. then cabbed to the restaurant. haha it was v funny. my yeye was being so sweet to my mama and she was so embarrassed haha and my two cousins were there. wahh so cool. kaixiong's going to aussie to study soon. at canberra. kaian brought his gf there! shes v pretty and i like her dress sense. haha took loads of photos! but im lazy to upload. good food+family fun=good times(: oh yeah today is yeye's 95th bday!!! hes so cool. i bet hes gna be a centurian. and this yr his chinese bday and english bday coincide! it happens every 19 years apparently.

hmm just got back from friendlies. today we played with singapore poly mixed team(1hr) and singapore cricket club(30mins). i played left back for both. okay well i played left back for the last five minutes in the singapore poly game and 20 mins for the cricket club game.

we lost 0-1 in the singapore poly game. but i guess one main reason could be that there were quite a few guys AND HOSHENG(grr.) and a few seasoned girls in there. they really showed team chemistry and they had skill AND speed which is totally whoa. they also did loads of run on balls. they always opened wide then asked for the ball and ran into it so they had momentum and caught the defence by surprise. we really should learn how to do that! hmmm i guess overall we played rather okay-ly. defence had lots of practice in this game coz we were mostly on the defence. basically some main problems included um overcommiting and not running back after being beaten. hmm well i think sup did a fantastic job in goal keeping today! well done sup! laila and vanessa were v skillful as usual but vanessa(MY BUDDY) got injured): ): ): get well soon! no stress! i must also make sure that i stand between the player and the goalpost in the D coz i must always DEFEND THE GOALPOST!

kk cricket club game was not bad. i had to leave after 20mins coz my dad was waiting for me. not sure if we scored a goal or they scored a goal but when i left both sides were still 0-0 hmm shall find out tmr. some of my mistakes:

not tailing my player tightly enough (hmmm i need to find out when i can let her go. coz as a left back i cant go up too much and she tends to go past the 50 yard line to ask for balls. kk shall clarify with nads or sup or any snr on that. but i think i should just let her go and wait to tackle her or let rachel tackle her and i cover)
not passing accurately!!! (omggg i did a major booboo. okay i did something that could have resulted in a major booboo. during the 16yard hit, nadz passed the ball to me and the forward came onto me so she asked for the ball back and i tiok chuah(got nervous) and passed to her reverse side blahh and got yelled at by rachel. but its really my fault. hmm i should control the ball before making a good hard and accurate pass to nadz.)
TACKLING WAS DISASTROUS (i didnt tackle v well today. got really kan chiong and did horrible sweeps once i got the ball. hmmm i need to learn how maz sorta intimidates her opponents before tackling and how nat seems to always tackle nicely without unnecessary stick checking. she seems to just keep her stick low and wait for the ball to come. kk shall go ask her. okay after successfully tackling the person i MUST defend my ball and do a good hard sweep to another player or out)
CLEARING THE BALL WAS ALSO A DISASTER. (omgggg this is geri's MAJOR SUPER DUPER WUPER LUPER PROBLEM. firstly i dont clear fast enough. theres always a lag time coz i need to get the ball under control and blah blah blah. i need to shorten my interval time betw getting and ball and passing. plus my sweeps need to be reeeaaallly hard and accurate. okay its a good time for me to practice my hits also. hmm static hits seem to be coming along quite fine. moving hits also. but my performance is still extremely inconsistent and unpredictable. i really need to get my hits right everytime!!! you wanna be on the team dont you!)

stuff that i think i did right:

kk i think there was this moment along the line where i managed to get the ball from the opponent and ended up facing my goalpost and my back facing the forward. what i did was that i dribbled the ball away from her jabbing stick and shielded the ball with my body and my stick. then i made a pass to rachel. hmmm i thought that was my good moment for the day haha felt good. but i think theres a problem there too. sup has a point. she said it was a bit risky...yeahhh it is haha im still a noob after all and my stickwork IS quite unpredictable. i should try to not hold onto the ball for too long and make quick passes. oh yeah the pass to rachel wasnt particularly fantastic. it was kinda weak. so i gotta make harder passes!
tailing the girl like mad. in the goal quarter i think i irritated the hell out of her haahhaha thanks to years of defence in netball i stuck to her like crazy when she was trying to get her team mate to pass to her. i kept her at the corner of my eye and watched where the ball was at the same time so i really followed her and sorta pushed her a little when she tried to get pass me. haha kk the pushing is quite bad but hey she pushed me too! and its natural lahhh defender cannot be so nuah must be like big gerry! aggressive aggressive.

things i learnt today

position yourself betw player and goalpost. (depends on situation also)
during short corners, stop the ball first/control it first before sweeping/clearing the ball. first time sweeps arent always the best thing.
always gain control of the ball, observe surroundings before making a pass
drop back to cover amanda whenever she steps up against my player.
during short corners, cover the line between maznah and rachel in case she makes a pass. direct shots at the goal are normally taken by sup.
PROTECT YOUR LEGS.
when under pressure, legs or clear the ball
go for every ball, sprint not jog/walk
keep calm and confident while defending. dont be intimidated by the opponent.

things i need to work on:

HITTING. (static/mobile)
SWEEPING. (receiving the ball, gaining control and making a hard sweep in the shortest amount of time possible)
TACKLING. (stay low, protect legs, dont overcommit, get ready to get back when beaten)
CONFIDENCE (to hit 16 yard/free hits, to control the ball away from oppo, to ask for the ball, to be the best player i can be)
ACCURACY OF PASSES. (passes must be ACCURATE AND HARD. always look up and NEVER EVER give half hearted passes. if you wna make a half hearted pass, DONT PASS.)
PROTECTING LEGS DURING SHORT CORNERS. (stick low, eyes on the ball. dont be afraid.)

kk thats my reflections for the game. first match will be on the 16th of april against milennia institute at temasek poly 3pm. i want to make team and i'll do ANYTHING to achieve that.

hokay. shall talk abt hockey. im really enjoying alot! ~~alot more than netball actually~~ i love my teammates haha this is the first time i actually get to experience what a REAL team is sposed to feel like. sure, i felt it when i was in raffles adiprene but that was quite shortlived and on a much more superficial basis. the seniors are v helpful and to me theyre ALOT more approachable than my previous snrs. hmm im really starting to love the game but there are so many things i gotta improve on and get my game right. things like hitting, clearing the ball quickly, running into space, being alert, going for every ball. its all very basic but its oh so important in a match. hmm i play defence btw so far i've played right back(TJ match) and centre back(NJ match:today).

today's match with NJC. well we won 1-0 but like what mr gopi said, we cant be complacent abt it. its only a friendly so it isnt a victory yet. we gotta fight hard!! and i personally think that all of us can do so much better than what we did today. sure we scored a goal but if it wasnt for the short corner we might have very well ended up with 0-0. season is coming in 2 weeks and all of us have to get our game in shape and most importantly play as a team not as individuals esp. for defence. hmm let's see. today i played centre back for the 1st half. it was a good experiencee. learnt alot more abt game play and where i should be and what i should do. but twice i fumbled when i got the ball. it was kinda nerve wrecking to see an opponent coming towards you ready to tackle. must keep cool! keep calm! dont let them get to you. like sup said theyre probably as nervous as i am and i cannot be the one to show it. i may be an inexperienced j1 player but they dont know that and i shouldnt show it. its all acting really. gotta act tough and calm even when inside im quaking in fear haha must learn from lorraine. actually i think that even if all the j1s (with the exception of lorraine and ish) have little experience and just started playing this yr, it isnt an excuse for us to be making so many basic mistakes! even though mr gopi always says that its expected that we make mistakes but we cant go around in every match thinking "oh im j1. its okay if i make mistakes." thats not the way to think! that will totally hinder our gameplay and our learning curve as players. sure we will def make mistakes but we gotta learn from them. conquer our fears! ask for the ball! fight fight fight always. hmmm kk thats my reflections on today's game and hockey so far -phew that felt good! hahahaha yay. go hockey lovelove.

hello!!!! i have decided to blog hahahhaha. its been a while yes? anyways im gng off to mug soon so this will be really quick. so...my cca is hockey(: actually i got into touch and hockey but i chose hockey instead. err my OG still meets up every morning and we mostly mug (esp the sci people) and talk crap. oh yeah!! we had a ~~not so~~ surprise party for addy last monday!!! and angel and i rushed to prepare for it like xiao on the day before hahha. really cute lah. we got her this ~~piggy~~ cowwy bank which moos when you put coins in haha v cute! and we got her a nice necklace too. im sickkkkk. with like a mild cough and a slightly runny nose. gahhhh. anyways. i shall talk about orientation(: orientation was really good! and i really really REAAALLYYYY like my og alot! l'avios is lovee<3333 hmmm if you read my lj i said something about hoping that the og people are nice right? so now im very very glad to say that my og mates are FANTABULASTIC. : DDDDDDDDD the ogls are very nice too. heqi alex(ali) and zi lin. theyre like super nice and super fun to be with heh.

hmm so far my experience in rjc hasnt exactly matched up to the rgs experience haha. maybe coz its been barely 2 weeks and stuff and i guess i havent exactly adjusted completely yet. so yeah haha hope it gets better! my class has had a few admin problems and stuff but i think we can sort it out as time passes! hmm cca wise well, i hope to get into touch rugby with angel. susanta also wants to try haah so maybe all of us can get in or something! thatll be cool. but whatever it is i hope to get into the same cca as angel! so we can be like cca mates hahaha.

okay what else. oh yeah i think humans is really cool. like the teachers are really enthu about the humans and stuff and they really organise loads of stuff haha. like there was this raffles asia prog talk about india on friday. i thought it was quite educational. a bit on the dry side but i learnt quite a lot all the same. ummm this saturday we're going to watch anything but the brain. haha i dont mean anything BUT the brain. i mean the perf is called anything but the brain. pam oei is starring in that play so it should be pretty good! i think after that theres like humans party at srutti's house so thatll be really cool too. hmmm in june theres a geog trip to BARCELONAAAAAA!!!! WOOTS. really wna go! haha itll be so fun and so super cool!!!! but unfortunately theres only 10 slots for j1s i think. well okay there are about 40+ j1s taking geog this yr so i guess i have a 1 in 4 chance of getting in haha.

oh yeah guess what i bought the rjc uniform ordy hahaha. my mom was like nagging at me to buy since like last yr so i just decided to go ahead and buy with her yesterday. ummm the skirt is like ultra super long and its worn at the waist. the cutting makes it such that theres absolutely NO WAY you can wear it at the hips unless you tailor it yourself or something. haha cant wait to wear it. itll be like 1000000000000 times more comfortable than pinafore. oh before i went to buy the uniform on saturday, lorraine and i went to crash house prac haha. hmmm we agreed eventually that we shldve crashed at a diff time haha coz like everyone was too busy to entertain us. but we visited the pe dept and said hello to the pe teachers. i think the pe dept is like the funnest dept in rgs. ohh the hadley sec ones this year are like fantabulastic. there are only 2 classes this year BUT THEY TOTALLY PWNZ THE OTHER HOUSES MANNNN WOOOOOOO! okay zoo was v fun also haha met really cool people there. oh lemme tell you something funny. this guy sri also a volunteer pointed to the orangutans in the zoo and asked me "eh what are these arh." then i said. "oh! chimpanzees!"

its okay i dont mind if you laugh. hahaha it was so ridiculous that he was laughing and laughin non stop. so in the end i was the brunt of all of their jokes for the rest of the volunteer period. hahaha in a good natured way of course. yeah basically i was in the night safari at the westloop area for the 1st 2 days. over there they have

capybaras(i.e. the biggest rodents on earth)

some cattle

msian tapirs, giant anteaters and double brow deer. i didnt manage to take pics of these 3 though. k on the 3rd day i was at children's world! they had horses,

miniature horses, ponies,

rabbits, naked molerats, goats,

more rabbits, cows,

pigs, hamsters, guinea pigs ,sheep etc etc. basically all the miniature animals haha

on the 4th day i moved over to cat country. ITS DAMN COOL. all the big cats were there! lions, meerkats , jaguars, more meerkats, african wild dogs, cheetahs and etc. damn cool lah.

so on the 5th day i went to white tigers, aussie outback and the hippo area.

hi everyone i see i havent blogged for about a month sorry ahhah been lagging and drooling over dongbangshinki. WHO ARE LIKE THE BEST BAND THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN!!! actually people have been bugging me to blog abt prom. sorry i am still blogging about prom plus interclass games plus sec4 farewell but blogger is making my life miserable and i can only upload 4 photos per day. i have like TONS of photos to show. so i think you can only see the post in about a month im sorry haha anyways. from monday to saturday (27nov-2dec) i'll be zookeeper geri becauseee im working in the zoo for wep (i.e. work experience prog). basically to put it in short terms i'll be scooping animal poo and preparing animal feed and feeding them(: soooo i cant answer any smses from 9am-4pm because i'll be working so you'll only see me online when i get home. which is like 6pm. of which i will probably shower and sleep till 8pm. then i'll check for any new jaeho fanfic updates and the dbsg lj community(which rocks btw) so i'll be smelly and sleepy for the next few days. so please show me some understanding and love if i feel a bit lousy hahaha.

after finishing my stint at the zoo i'll be leaving for aussie (specifically perth) on the 6th of dec(wednesday) at about i dno what time so i wont be back till the 12th of dec (tuesday) during that time i'll probably suffer from bouts of dbsk withdrawal.

after coming back from aussie, if i get a job at thai express or toys r us i'll be working all the way till school reopens.

hello!!! okay well nothing really happened over the week i think. haha so nothing much to report about. hmmm oh yeah!!! monday is our last official study day. SO SAD RIGHT. haha actually to me lessons kind of ended on friday ordy. coz that was the last day of lessons haha. its kind of sad actually. its like byebye to lessons in rgs. hohum. OH YES HOW COULD I FORGET! friday was athena's bday! AND WE SURPRISED HER WITH A SURPRISE PARTY! HAHAHA its so funny coz right after sch addy sharm angel amanda and i rushed down to town to prepare. so sharm and addy went to hunt for a cake while amanda angel and i went to shop for her present. so we bought her 2 abercrombie shirts. angel and i bought one shirt each too(: then we met up with addy and sharm in wheelock nydc to wait for her. IT WAS SO FUNNY hahaha aileen they all were sposed to bring her to the destination then they brought her to apple centre first coz we said we werent ready hahahaha then jt and bel got there before her. so once the cake was out and lighted she came in and we surprised her!!!! haha the whole restaurant was smiling at us! so cute haha. te older people must we thinking "ah the joys of youth". hahaha
anyways next week we have no school for the whole week except for monday. and interclass games day i guess haha im playing SOCCERRRRRR HAHA 409 is gonna pwnz everyone mannn hahaha.

its a bible passage and its so beautiful dont you think! anyways i just finished watching goong! WOW its so nice(: haha i love it alot. the story is very interesting and its centred around life in a modern day palace!! haha you can go check out the plot yourself but what i like about the story is that one of its themes is fate and destiny. what i got out of the thing is that everyone has his or her own destiny and one should be contented with it and not ask for more. but the problem is what the taeho mama said about fate is also very interesting. she said those who follow their destiny and toe the line are cowards but those who break free to pursue their dreams are truly great. and yeah! i think we should all pursue our dreams! but we should not pursue them at the expense of others.
the two guys in the show are really sweet. oh yeah another thing i love about this show is that the bad people arent genuinely bad so i cant exactly hate them or dislike them that much ahaha. all 4 leads have pasts and it makes them who they become in the later part of the show. therefore this shows that who we are is a measure of our past! haha!!! i feel deep. anyways yes going on to the next part of the entry haha

sarangheyo jaejooong(: btw aileen and i are gna learn korean! hahaha my parents are very supportive coz the new UN general secretary will be from south korea so i wna work in the UN next time! so this is a good opportunity! hehehe anyways chinese Os are coming in about 2 weeks time. hai. must start preparing like crazy already. oh yeah! about rjc open house. it was on friday. quite fun lah haha a few of us signed up for hockey. but to me its between touch rugby and hockey. ohwell. we'll see next year haha.

im also confused about what subject combi to take. what i would really LOVE to take would be math econs geog lit. then i'll apply for humans scholarship. but lit is like very unpredictable and im not exceptionally good at it. like i flunked my lit paper at the eoys but i did very well for the one on the handmaid's tale. so its like wowww what a big difference haha. maybe i'll end up taking math econs geog and china studies hahaha what a joke. hmm i better make up my mind soon. if only i was very obviously inclined to something. then itll be so much easier to make a decision.

hmm the haze is back. its really bad this time because the smoke smell is so strong! if it gets any worse i'll wear a mask hahaha. got asthma the last time the haze was this bad. gahh hope it doesnt happen again. it's really difficult to breathe like i dare not breathe in too deep because the air is so smelly and polluted. i can barely see the HDB flats near my house already! its THAT bad!

anyways results are all back! well im quite alright with them but im not happy with chem and english. i didnt meet my expectations. hmm i didnt do very well for the chem paper. only got a B+ but overall grade is A. its sposed to be an A+!!!! not just an A! ahh but its better than nothing. hmm english papers were okay but the PT pulled my grade down. still got an A overall but its a lousy A. like only around 70. oh yeah! speaking about english, i got the GP sample essays book from rjc. ITS REALLY GOOD. like the essays are supreme quality! and the questions are really deep haha. woww i aspire to write an essay good enough to be included into that book! oh yeah back to results. err im happy with physics. im happy about chinese also! because (thank goodness) i PASSED! although i only got c5 for the SA, its good enough for me because i really expected to fail haha. so i have to work hard for Os!

last math test next week. 16% of the whole year. its on applications of integration and matrices. i guess it shouldnt be a problem but im quite weak with kinematics so i gotta work on that. hope to do well and get an A+ overall(: yepp haha.

hello! yesterday was hilarious hahaha. went prom dress shopping with addy amanda and angel but in the end we didnt buy anything haha. we watched a movie before that actually. miami vice. its kinda exciting but it isnt THAT nice...its just very technical. in the beginning we didnt understand coz the terms they used were really technical! but after a while you get the hang of police FBI talk. but hahaha its NC16! (coz there were lots of sex scenes) and guess whos in most of them? COLLIN FARRELL AND GONG LI HAHA but collin farrell is all rugged and manly man in that show. so much sex appeal whoo! but i preferred him in SWAT. nicer and more clean shaven also. after "shopping" we went to MAKAN! at MAKAN SUTRA GLUTTON'S BAY! hahaha okay the low down on the stuff there is that...

okay the char kway teow was good! and the chai tao kuey is pretty good also! but other than that its like so so. and the prices arent so so. the prices are like almost twice the amount at regular hawker centres! so okay its not very worth it going there. haha but amanda addy and i (angel left) spent most of the time cam whoring around hahaha with the multishots and everything. i have the pics with me but i havent uploaded them yet. i'll post the link here once im done then you will fully appreciate how high we can get hahaha. the scenary at the bay is really fantastic i must say. i felt like a dumb tourist actually haha.

today we got back our results!!!! dangdangdangdang!!!! today was social studies and EL paper 1 and 2. well im quite satisfied with my grades but i thought i could do a little better): but ah well im quite happy with them already(: tomorrow we're getting back LITERATURE AND CHEM! its so nerve wrecking. the stupid thing with lit is that if the examiner doesnt like the way you write. youre dead. and chem haha what a dumb mistake. i think i mentioned it last time but i couldnt say what the mistake was exactly because someone hadnt taken the test yet! so now EVERYONE has taken the test and i can say the stupid mistake. okay heres the question:

GUESS WHAT!!

I PASSED MY GRADE EIGHT PIANO! PRAISE GOD!

i just got the call from my piano teacher when i was eating lunch at a coffee shop near my house. so when my mom passed me the phone, miss ooi sounded so stern and severe and i was like "oh no..my results izit?" and she said "yupp! so how?" then i was like "i failed right?" and she said...

"no! YOU PASSED!"
at that point i glimpsed a bit of heaven. I WAS SO HAPPY. its like a grin was plastered onto my face and i couldnt stop smiling. my mom was crying a little hahah she was so happy too! almost 10 years of piano has amounted to this moment. 10 years of practising, grumbling, scolding and tears have finally reached the pinnacle on the 1st of october 2006 at 11.50am. i still cant believe i passed. so ten years didnt go to waste after all(: who cares if i just scraped a pass! I PASSED! and thats all that matters! so a big shoutout to my piano teacher miss ooi and that nice old male examiner who was so kind to me. and my mom who supported me all the way with scoldings and nags and such haha they paid off!

i dont know if i want to continue piano and do my diploma. but ive always wanted to do something else once im finished with piano! like learning the guitar or the drums or doing dance lessons i dno! maybe i'll go self learn guitar! but i will never give up or forget piano because its been a part of me for a little more than a decade of my life(:

btw. HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY EVERYONE! children's day is for everybody! because everyone is a child at heart(: oh yeah and to all the o level people and those who havent taken exams GOOD LUCK AND STUDY HARD! THE FINISHING LINE IS NEARING ALREADY SO DONT LOSE HOPE!

today addy siti and i watched star wars ep 6! return of the jedi! so nice haha if youre wondering why we're watching its because for our reel reading lessons we watched ep 5 already so we wanted to watch ep 6 coz it sounds really interesting haha. but stereotypically, star wars is such a geek flick. but HEY! its not! its really all about human to human relationships or human to creature relationships and the most impt is human to machine relationship. in the show you'll realise the machines can be quite untrustworthy sometimes so it kind of gives you the impression that machines cant do everything and have their faults too. so there are some things we should really depend on ourselves. like err teaching! haha i think r2d2 is cute in the show. and chewbacca too! but i guess i said that already. one too many times haha. for reel reading today we watch THE MATRIX! its really so over watched. we watch it for ENGLISH and PHILOSOPHY! so many times! like over and over and over and over and over and over..you get my point. actually i didnt really watch the 1st bit of the 1st matrix. its really cool haha like

BUT THE CHOCOLATES ARE MOST IMPRESSIVE! theyre from the cocoa tree(which is really expensive) and everyone GOT ONE BOX! and the chocolates arent the cheap sort! theyre like the ones made in france and blah blah blah. whats up with the school man! so generous hahaha not that im complaining of course. hmm but im not very fond of chocolates. i mean like once in a while is fine. BUT NOT EVERYDAY! i dont know how people can live on chocolates and chocolates alone. ahha but i absolutely LOVE praline chocolates! theyre heaven! i was eating in reel reading class today and i was in chocolate ecstasy and mind you that doesnt usually happen hahha. but of course i do love my chocolate milk(: i can live on chocolate milk. especially meiji chocolate milk haha. oh mann just thinking about it makes me have a craving.

mooncake festival is approaching and the house is filled with mooncakes. not that we eat everything haha we are just given quite a lot. but my mom bought snow skin custard mooncakes for me. gahh i love them haha but they are so sinful! but hahahaa carpe diem mann!! who cares if i bloat up.....okay who am i kidding hahaha. yesterday at han we concluded that rgs girls suck at chinese. like whenever the teacher asked me to explain ci2 yu3 i kept translating in english. haha and most of the time we were like errr bu4 zhi1 dao4. so sad right. how to pass HCL Os like this. anyways i better go wash up and do work haha. im so tired. like seriously. i finish school at 5pm everyday after options and i trudge back home like a walking zombie. originally, options was a refreshing experience! BUT. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF 5 PM-ing, im dead beat everyday after school. so this is my schedule for school days:

5.45am- crawl out of bed to brush teeth shower and wear contacts

wonderful huh. okay admittedly i slack a lot and do a lot of nonsense hahaha. as you can see, im definitely NOT a morning person. im more of a wake-up-way-after-sunrise kind of person. today for reel reading we finished watching star wars ep 5! the subtitles were hilarious. chewbacca's speech was always "gahhhhhh" and its exactly what i type when im exasperated! hahahah IM A CHEWBACCA! i forgot what chewbacca is. like what creature. hmm OH! I KNOW! hes a wookie haha so adorable. i like r2d2 also. his speech is made up of "blip beep beep bleeep" the subtitles are just super duper luper wuper hilarious. and addy must reply "ya fa la ma sa." haha

before reel reading, suet, siti, wendy, charissa and i cleaned the classroom! haha i was being an anal sweeper. when i get started on sweeping, i sweep everything hahaha. thats called being anal. short form for anal retentive(: then siti and i washed the class wastepaper baskets! i washed the red one and it had black sticky stuff at the bottom. EWWW. so i washed it out. with lots of tissue and water. the water turned black btw. then after it was considerably cleaner, siti and i washed the red rug in it! hahaha and the water turned red! gross gross. cleaning the classroom can really train you to become a housewife! hahaha not that i want to be one. i'll probably hire a cool domestic helper!

we learnt how to play golf for pe today. haha and sean yeoh was being so gay today oh my goodness haha. before pe i went to run 6 rounds round the school "track". cldve run more. but i thought we were playing floorball for pe today so i didnt want to over exert myself. well well, who knew we were going to play something so passive like golf. shldve run more. last week i ran 10 with jt okay! oh well. han is starting again tmr. i'll probably fall asleep. BUT in lieu of the upcoming HCL o levels! i must pay extra extra extra extra attention! okay so i shall do my chinese zuowen now! byebye!!

i went with addy jt kehui and jerlyn. we went to eat dinner at cafe cartel before heading to indoor stadium for westlife concert!!! we waited for about 15mins AND THEN THE LIGHTS WENT OFFF AND THE BOYS CAME OUTTT!! OMG EVERYONE WAS SCREAMING SCREAMING HAHAHA THEN THEY BROKE INTO SONG AND DANCE!!!! I CANT REALLY RMBER WHAT SONG THEY STARTED WITH BUT OMGGG SO NICE HAHAHAH they looked like this:
nice right!! all white and stuff(: then after about 2 songs they went off for costume change! AND THEY CAME BACK LOOKING SO HOT LIKE THIS:

then they sang queen of my heart, what makes a man and lastly you raise me up(: in the whole concert they sang songs like amazing, seasons of the sun, uptown girl and some new songs that i didnt recognise...but yeah i really felt like crying when it was all over...i really felt so overwhelmed and stuff so amazing!!! its my first concert! and its really great to share it with my favourite and the first boyband i ever listened to since i was 9 until now and possibly for a long long time. i really love westlife alot and they really bring me back to when i was young haha oh yeah here are some retarded pics that we took during dinner before the show and some pics of us(: enjoy!
dinner was actually very funny. the 5 of us ate at cafe cartel in plaza sing. so we were splitting the bill after dinner it was about 59++ so we rounded up to 60. so everyone should pay about 12 bucks right? so all of us paid up and jt only had 2 ten dollar bills. so she should get about 8 bucks back! but she only had about 6 bucks! where did the other 2 bucks go!!!! HAHA so i decided to investigate. first i pointed to jerlyn and said "yes she paid" then i pointed to kehui and i said "yes" then i pointed to addy and i said " yes" then i pointed to myself and i realised i took back 2 bucks for some reason hahahaha so i said "...noooo...." gah its not funny if i put it like tht. you must be there to experience its funniness. so anyways after settling the stuff i had a cafe cartel student card so we got 10% off. then the change came back and TADA!!

hah! exams are FINALLY over and all are rejoicing(: but i still have piano exam this friday and its driving me nuts. its quite stressful you know..I HAVE TO PASS. if not my mom will kill me...yeah anyways after math paper today we all went out. we meaning addy angel amanda siti(later part) val jeanting(earlier part) and myself haha okay we went to eat mos burger (not moss burger) and started talking rubbish there haha

then we started talking abt our future jc life in rj. so amanda was saying that all of us should stick in this group and have guys "joining in" instead of us separating and finding our own seperate groups. hmm i agreed with her so i said "yeah! itll be cool if theres a guy group thats like our group! then we can all become one big group!" THEN THEY LAUGHED AT ME ): WHY? WELL, BECAUSE ADDY SAID "you think what!! like winx club arh! hahaahha" hurmffff izit so wrong of me to mix fantasy with reality??? hahaha

then after that we went to help jt buy present for her tuition teacher so in the end she bought a small bear that said happy teacher's day haha its really cute. thennn we wandered around taka, drifting into nike women and eventually adidas. we decided to buy a present for mr sean yeoh our pe teacher coz he was a nice teacher haha or at least one of the better and more good natured ones. so we bought him a black adidas tee which costs $__.__ after saying byebye to jt(coz she had to support her jnrs at bball) we went to the LIBRARY! LIKE THE NERDS WE ARE! and borrowed thrashy books aplenty hahaha i borrowed 4! addy borrowed 4! angel borrowed 2! and amanda borrowed 4 too! (i think) val couldnt borrow any coz she had outstanding library fines (ORH HORR.) and her ezlink didnt have enuff money haha so sad.

we then drifted into stores like the really cool colour coded stationary shop one floor down the library and went into THE BETTER TOY STORE! hahaha also on the same level. i love that place!! the toys are REALLY FUN!!! like the space force thing hahaa i managed to reach PLUTO (which is the furthest and the best). oh yeah apparently pluto isnt a planet anymore how sad. but then again pluto was never a planet...he was a dog hahaha mickey mouse's dog!

yeahh then we went to buy err movie tics..or at least siti val and i. the other three lazy ones (i.e. amandathemouse addy angel) went to flash and splash. then we met up again at pac plaza and window shopped a bit before heading to lido to watch love wrecked at 2.30pm

GAHHH I LOVE THAT MOVIE HAHAHA ITS SO SWEEEEETTTTT!! JONATHAN BENNET(the guy from mean girls who ends up with lindsay lohan) IS SOOOOO ADORABLE!! haha and amanda bynes was as usual very funny(: i think ryan(in the show) is really cute! he was so unsure and lovestruck and geeky and hot at the same time! haha LETHAL MIX! was swooning throughout the movie (as the case is for such movies). everyone should really watch(:

yeahh thats my day today(: which was really fun haha. i havent had so much fun and relaxation for a long time! thanks to everyone who made my day great!!

hey! ran 6km just now for sheares bridge. hahha it was tiring yes but refreshing all the same(: was running with jeanting throughout most of the run gah but it rained halfway!! so irritating! actually without the rain i wldnt have run as fast as i did. i think sheares bridge was a very interesting experience(: there was a lot of congestion at some parts though so jt and i had to walk which was no fun coz its a RUN isnt it? thats what youre sposed to do! RUN! gosh they really should split the lanes next time: one for walkers one for runners. OHH MY TAG NUMBER IS 0726!!! HAHAA CAN BUY 4D! and my lucky draw coupon serial number was 1776!

i think our ns men have no stamina hahaha coz during the run jt and i overtook so many who were WALKING. hello??? okay i can understand if theyre doing the half marathon or the 10km BUT SOME OF THEM WERE DOING 6KM! when you gotta defend singapore you gotta run! you cant walk! you walk and you die! hmmm i feel a sense of achievement! hahaha 6km is the furthest ive run without stopping (not counting the stupid congestions) hooray!

im really scared for tmr coz its CHINESE. and i really wanna pass. if i fail this i fail my overall chinese. this summative is REALLY CRUCIAL. nvm that i failed the last test coz in the end my ji xi yan jiang pulled my current overall grade to a pass. now it all boils down to this one. THE SUMMATIVE OF JUDGEMENT. hawhawhaw.

times passing so fast! we're gna leave rgs soon and stuff. and well its kinda sad...i'll always remember rgs life! seeing my friends, laughing at some teachers, ~~bitching~~ about some teachers and so much more!!!! I'LL EVEN MISS THE CANTEEN FOOD! they say sec 4 year whizzes past very very quickly and my first thought was "yeah right." now i totally get it. there are times when we get bogged down with work and stress (LIKE NOW) but through it all everything just passes like a whirlwind! like WHOOSH and its gone.

okay about the eoys hahah. theyve been pretty good! they were all do-able but i made very duhhhh mistakes in chem. haha i really wna say what they are but theyre people who havent taken the test and i don't want them looking at the questions in my blog now do i. okayyy now its chinese and math left. ooohhh geeee i reaaaalllyyyyy want a 4.0 for math!!! itll do my grade wonders! ive given up hope on chinese for now. right now im like o levels here i come! or rather o LEVEL. no 's'. hmm sheares bridge is this sunday. i think i'll start walking halfway haha so pathetic. my stamina isnt what it used to be coz trg stopped and everything. i PROMISE im gna run qte alot during options! gotta keep up my fitness and unfatten the flab! jt and i were thinking about joining hockey or floorball in jc. hmm i actually wanted to join touch rugby but i heard the trgs are damn slack. i want TOUGH trgs!! thats what makes trg worthwhile!!!!!

gah. i flunked chinese test.

i want to create an excuse to explain my failure? but i think it all boiled down to the fact that i didnt put in effort for chinese over the years and now im suffering for it. i regret not reading chinese newspapers and watching chinese news when I was younger. im one of those people who dont like chinese very much and for some reason i really dont like chinese songs. i only like 1 or 2. but i notice those people who like chinese songs do better in chinese. Well i can't do much anymore except put in more effort for the finals which is a WHOPPING 40% and can either make or break my chinese grade so yeah i better get cracking on chinese (not alkanes hahahahha)

preparations for finals are quite alright as in i think im on schedule so i'll be able to make it for finals. hmm im actually prepared to flunk chinese eoys(prelims) but i will really really work hard for o levels. IM NOT GNA FAIL CHINESE AND REPEAT. thats just ridiculous and taxing. i was just calculating my possible gpa just now and i realised if i work hard for my sciences and get 4.0 and i also get 4.0 for math and get As for everything else..i'll get at least 3.4++. its possible to get 4.0 for math and i think 3.6 for english is possible. i can only hope and try my best for geog and lit...ss i think i can get 3.6...well these are my goals for eoy then hope i can get it!!! oh yes for chinese im aiming for a b3 grade for my final paper so itll redeem the rest of my marks. i can only work hard i spose!

i lead a sad sad existence): haha but winx club is actually kinda nice you know! i like totally spies, teen titans and batman series 3 too! winx club is every weekday at 5.30pm on kids central. teen titans and batman is on saturdays 1-2pm. yeah! i love cartoons hahahha and i like pokemon too! i only watch it sometimes though. aiyah basically i watch almost anything on kids central except those disgusting animes yucks. like gundam seed destiny, yugioh duel monsters and tht show with tht toy thingums that can shoot light out of its mouth so wierd hahahhaa. oh yeah i like shaolin showdown haha yumi is funny. wait. is he called yumi? whatever i like tht small yellow chink guy haha. oh and i absolutely abhor power rangers hahha kinda nice! but the monsters damn fake. and in every episode its always in this sequence:

monster appears! gwa gwa gwa
power rangers appear! (gogo power rangers!)
monster attacks! and sparks shoot out from behind the power rangers which for some reason makes them jump forwards
power rangers attack!
monster fights back!
at some point power ranger will combine weapons to form gun and shoots monster destroying monster! (cue: victory pose by power rangers)
suddenly evil genius in evil hq pushes some button or activates something
monster becomes extremely huge!
power rangers say something along the lines of "what the!" or "oh no!" then they say "its time to combine forces! power rangers dinothunder!!!!!"
dinosaur shaped vehicles will pop out from random building/huge truck far away and reach power rangers immediately! converging together to form giant robot!
after some striking and grunting power rangers win!!

SERIOUSLY!! TODAY WAS SO WIERD hahahha. okay so we ended school right angel sharm soonae siti and i headed off the far east to eat lunch at bk. then we were just happily eating our food when these two umm full-bodied ladies came in in their mini skirts tight tops and platforms. so we were having a good laugh at them and their ahemcelluliteahem.

then mah homie came in. haha
he was this black guy in a baggy white tee berms and poser niker dunks. AND OMG. you know bk has this rail thing? yeah he put his hands on them and slid down the thing and smiled at our table (our table was located right next to the railing) non stop. THEN he came over and said.

and we were so bewildered so we said "hey" back. THEN HE GAVE ALL OF US HIGH FIVES
HAHAHAH. siti was laughing so hard and everything. she was so amused..then soonae had this very apprehensive expression on her face when he high fived her. i found the whole thing very interesting actually hha i mean what are the odds of something like tht happening. then when he left the table. we erupted in laughter and giggles and spasms. hahaha THEN he came back after a while. and said.

and he high fived all of us again hahaha. siti was laughing uncontrollably and all of us were in fits. then before he left he pointed to us and said in a serious voice.

the entire far east was crowded with homies hahaha it was like homieland. then we saw this lian with extremely long hair. it was until below her butt. and the worse part is that is was dyed. blond. EWWW. kk then we just saw these really wierd people. and on the way up the escalator some guy on the adjacent escalator said "hey girls!" HAHAH and we all got a shock.
